I recently purchased a 50,000 square foot facility in South Windsor for my aerospace company that is moving there in 2021. APM had been taking great care of most of the property for years and the property looked great. That said, there was a significant portion of abutting land that had been neglected by the prior company; the area was significantly overgrown with brush, dead trees, and garbage. I called APM to see if they would clean, plant new grass and shrubs, and make the area presentable. Did they ever! Jim and his team responded quickly and professionally and now the entire property is the nicest in the development. They did an excellent job and will be our property management copy as long as we own the building. I recommend them highly!
